Division 01 · Precision engineering since day one

Fine Wire Winding.

Precision coil winding is where Supplar began — and it remains the technical core of our business. From 29 SWG through to hair-fine 52 SWG, our multi-spindle, AC servo-driven machines deliver the repeatable accuracy that relay, solenoid, sensor and ignition-coil applications demand.

Wound Components

What we build, live.

Switch between component families — each is wound turn by turn on the same servo-driven lines.

  • Pick-up coils
  • Relay coils
  • Solenoid coils
  • Transformer coils
  • Pump windings

Wire Gauge Range

29 SWG down to hair-fine 52 SWG.

Our winding lines handle an exceptionally wide range of fine copper wire on the Standard Wire Gauge (SWG) scale.

29≈ 0.345 mm
36≈ 0.193 mm
44≈ 0.081 mm
52< 0.02 mm

SWG (Standard Wire Gauge) figures are industry-reference values shown for scale; exact tolerances are confirmed at order stage.

Winding Machinery

Servo accuracy, automated.

Automatic multi-spindle coil winding machines produce linear-wound coils — relay, solenoid, rotor and contactor coils, ferrite-core transformers and ignition coils.

Multi-axis movement executes terminal wrapping, wire routing and wire gripping & cutting automatically, combining mechanical, pneumatic and electronic systems for high, repeatable performance.

  • AC Servo AxesPrecise multi-axis motion for repeatable winding accuracy across the full gauge range.
  • Automatic TwistingFully automatic rebound-structure twister for intricate winding patterns.
  • Wide Coil TypesRelay, solenoid, rotor and contactor coils, ferrite-core transformers, ignition coils.

Testing Instruments

Verified before it ships.

Digital LCR Meter

Inductance, capacitance & resistance verification.

Insulation Resistance Tester

High-voltage insulation safety testing.

Hot Stamping Machine

Permanent marking & identification.

LVDT & Dot Punching

Dimensional verification & component marking.
